A cold must have
Been my go to for about 3 years now anytime I feel a cold coming on I start taking these. The taste us so mild that they are pretty decent. They dissolve pretty fast too and just overall easy to take!! I love the packaging because I can keep a sleeve in my travel toiletry bag or purse with ease! If symptoms persist, a person should take them one every two or three hours until symptoms are no longer there.Which you can take up 22 or three days consistently.If necessary. Knocks the symptoms right out! Texture is decent, and flavor is good. Definitely worth it. And definitely use it when you first experience symptoms as well. The symptoms will be gone the next day.

I think it helps with symptoms
Natural ingredients. Easy to take as it dissolves fast, has a clean texture and tastes good. I have no side effects and it is natural so it seems safe. Works better for taking right away to reduce duration of colds and with symptoms. Works better for some sicknesses than others. Kind of pricey but I hate being sick so if I can avoid it or get better faster, I am all for it
