You ever buy a product that solved the problem so well that you end up forgetting it was a problem in the first place? This is that product. My old phone holder would always fall off whenever i hit a bump in the road. It was so annoying. This product is so sturdy and I can position my phone vertically, horizontally, facing left, right so easily. I hit so many speed bumps since then, phone never fell out once. This product is also durable, I bought this back in 2023. 2 years later, still no issues. If mine ever breaks I will buy this product again, but I doubt it will even break.

Have been using mine for years and I LOVE it. Very sturdy, holds phone, easy to mount, doesn’t impede vision. I use it every single drive. Easy to put phone in and take it out. Easy to charge while mounted. My only complaints: The mount hooks to my grates where the air blows, so on long winter drives with the heat blowing eventually I have to move phone to let it cool off or it overheats and gets sluggish. The original mount also eventually bent the plastic grate it was hooked on so I had to Jerry-rig it with zip ties, but it still works great and I have no desire/need to replace it.

I didn't rate any stars for "suction power" or "adhesion" simply because they are not applicable for this item as it doesn't use either method. I really, REALLY like this little thing! Its not big and bulky like the ones with the big suction cup and you don't have to worry about trying to get adhesive off of your dash later on like the ones that use adhesive. I bought this to replace one of those big bulky suction cup holders that I bought a couple of years ago that no longer worked at all. The suction cup in it lost its cup shape last summer in the heat on the windshield, it flattened out so much it could not longer hold any suction at all. I need my phone for work and I need to be able to access Google Maps while working. I looked through a bunch of different types of phone holders and really liked this one. It didn't have many reviews at the time, and was similar to others with more reviews, but it was a really good price and I really liked the design and simplicity of it. The button on the back to release the arms is awesome! It fits the air vent just to the right of the steering wheel perfectly. It was really easy to slip in the vent and tighten the first part, then pop on the second part and tighten it. The second piece pops onto the first, which has a ball shape at the end of the post, making it easy to adjust the angle the phone is facing one handed. My old holder was annoying from day one and it always took both hands to get it in the clip thing that held it. This one is easily handled one handed, I set the arms to cradle my phone close enough that it can't fall forward out of it, but loose enough that I can lift my phone up through the top without having to open the holder. Overall, this is a nice looking, simple, and compact sized little holder that works great and doesn't eat up space. I would definitely buy it again and recommend it to others.

This phone holder arrived quickly and as expected. It's actually the third one we purchased -- this one was a gift since we liked it so much for our own vehicles. We've have had several other versions of phone holders that did not suit for one reason or another. This phone holder is really easy to install in one of the car vents without causing any damage -- using the attached metal hook and turning a knob on the back to secure it. It's easy to tip or tilt the phone once engaged on the holder and it does not sway, veer or slowly move from the intended position once set. The "wings" are easy to squeeze to gently hold our Android phones perfectly -- and with a quick push of the button on the back of the unit, it releases the "wings" allowing removal of the phone. There is a little u shape in middle of the bottom bumper that the phone rests on, which allows us to plug in a charging cord if needed. The bottom bumper also allows for us to plug in wired earbuds without crimping the cord or having to tip the phone awkwardly to prevent cord issues. We found that if the "wings" are open without a phone in the holder, the holder will chatter a little when we're driving over bumpy roads, but that is easily solved by squeezing the wings in all the way. The recipient of our recent gift has an iPhone and told us they were also pleased with this phone holder.

I love this little gadget. It's easy to use and doesn't require anything to be stuck on my phone or windshield. I take it with me when I travel and use it in rental cars...it's very compact.

It is ok i like how it rotates but I don’t like how it does not fit on some certain car vents and wobbles a little too much when driving on bumpy roads.
