We bought this to store our dog’s food when he goes to boarding, and it’s worked great. We have a medium-sized Border Collie, and this container easily holds over 10 days’ worth of kibble. It’s also easy to transport in the car for boarding trips. The lid seals very well, so I don’t have to worry about the food going stale or spilling during transport. My only small complaint is the portability. There are recessed side grips, but not very practical. I still can’t comfortably carry the container with one hand. Since it’s a relatively small container, having to use both hands every time I move it around is a little inconvenient.Other than that, it’s a sturdy, well-made container that does exactly what I wanted.

I just want to share with shoppers looking at and/or considering purchasing a Gamma2 Vittles Vault, you cannot go wrong. They’re super clean and easy to use, and the lid closes tightly to keep your pet’s food airtight and fresh as can be. I just bought my 2nd one. I had picked up one about a year ago for my cat’s dry food, and thanks to the Vittles Bault I avoided a major spill when I moved the container and it fell off the bench I keep it on in the garage. That saved a big mess because the air tight seal is secure and legit. The container itself is rigged and can take a beating and still stand up and perform its intended purpose. I’m happy now my dog’s food will also now be safe, secure and freshness maintained due to the air tight dealing lid. It’s quality for thr price. You’re going to be pleased with this product just as much as I’ve been.

Very good to store and hold our dog food. Keeps it fresher than other types of containers. I do keep my dog food in the bag it comes in to prevent scratching the inside of the plastic container. It has a nice look - and easy to store away in my lower larger cabinet. Great value for the price! Would recommend 10/10!

This well made and very sturdy "vault" is THE solution to storage of bird seed, dry pet food, anything at all. It holds a 40lb bag of sunflower seeds with ease, has a large, easy-to-turn round handle that is positioned at an angle whichmakes access easy and quick. It is made of exceptionally strong material that keeps animals out and keeps food fresh. It is stackable with other units and comes in a variety of configuration with regard to the large lid which screws on securely. I chose the angled design for easy of scooping birdseed without spoiling. A gam and well worth the price.

I ordered the 25lb size. I have my dogs pictured for fun and a photo of the smaller container that I bought which fits perfectly under the cabinet in the utility/mud room next to the dog treats. It's very clean, organized, easy to access, keeps food fresh, keeps bugs out. It doesn't take up much space as you can see yet holds 25lbs of dog kibble.First time I bought one of these "vaults" was maybe 24-25 years ago (came with the scoop in the photos they have pictured for this item next to the words "not included"). Loved it. Bought a second one 9yrs later (also came with the same scoop shown in the advertising photos) when we had a third dog that needed a different food. We eventually gave one away because we no longer needed it.Fast forward to current day. We have two dogs, and one needs a different food. I ordered this one from Amazon. No scoop included even though the original scoop that used to come with the container is in their advertising photos and there is literally no way to buy it separately. I digress. I bought it anyway and Amazon was awesome and delivered it fast.It is HARD to open and close. There is no "whir" with the closing. I have to admit I like to spin the original one closed. In fact, everyone in my house loves to spin the original one closed. It's kind of the favorite part of feeding the dogs, minus the adorable drooling bulldogs waiting for food. I actually have to hold this container while struggling to close it. We will probably sand the edges and hope that helps. The bottom is a little flimsy which I am annoyed about, but I kept it anyway.I ordered a scoop that will arrive tomorrow. I still can't believe they don't include the scoop anymore, but my biggest annoyance is closing the lid.

Keeps the cats out of the food and seals tight. My cats have tried chewing it open but the plastic is too thick for that so they give up

This may seem pricey for a dog food storage bin but it is TOTALLY worth it! In the past, I've bought cutesy containers that you'd get a TJ Maxx and such places, and while they have a rubber gasket on top, they did NOT keep small insects out. My dogs dry food is $35 buck for 15 pounds and I definitely wasn't happy when I had to throw it out. Took a chance on the Gamma bin and couldn't be happier! I've had it for about 9 months now and not a bug one!I only wish that the spinner top to open it had a knob or a handle on it, but that is my only complaint.

BUENA CALIDAD EXCELENTE PRECIO LO RECOMIENDO

Very robust product easy to use and keeps bugs out and food fresher longer.
