Yes! My son absolutely loves both the blue raspberry dum-dums AND the dragon dazzle toothpaste. :)

It doesn't say anything about soy except for the ink on the box. It says it is vegan.

Can this flavor be fluoride fre?

So far as I can tell you, the only flavor I have found fluoride free from this brand is the watermelon toothpaste. I hope this helps.
