Only turns on one axis but has 2 articulation joints. Like having 2 elbows on the same arm (huh?).

Warns to follow instructions exactly but as you see they don't have any words most the parts didn't fit properly had to file down bolts to make them have a tight fit and headline had it seem like this tilts and it does not tilt moves side to side and swivels but not tilt over all took 3.5 hrs to file down bolts so they wheren't to long and hang this without all the issues should have taken maybe 15 mins start to finish but since it's cheaply made.........

great product at a low cost, strong, sturdy.moves side to side,in and out. but, no up and down tilt optionit has a fixed tilt option or a true vertical fixed optionhighly recommended
