Smartphone Diagnostic Tool MSDKHD4 Compatible with Harley-Davidson

Ordered it off the info stated on page but when installing could not get it to link via blue tooth, got in contact with company and if your bike has 4 wires then it will not work, only will work if 2 wires are at plug. Luckily I had another bike that it would work with. Would not order this part again as they didn't have all the info pertaining to which bikes it works with and which ones it doesn't.

Installed today on 2006 HD FXDBI Street Bob w/EFI. Equipped with V&H FuelPak tuner, tapered V&H Big Shot pipes, High flow S&S Air cleaner.....And this dongle diagnostic tool sees allentries... STATIC and lIVE data feeds ... in IPhone 6SAbsolutely no hiccups EXCEPT It does retain pairing with iPhone... support was not successful in curing problem... had to remove/reconnect device repeatedly .. but never got a single continuous of all potential data.... sad..and when/ 14.0 the device handshake to device continues to change...Sorry but I have to rank it a dud.

Great Product, works exactly as described and will be very useful. I look forward to showing it off to my fellow riders; who else can use their phone as a diagnostic tool, ode reader and code clearer... Installation was quick and simple on my 2006 ultra classic and I was surprised how much data can be seen now on my iPhone; very cool! I like the app too, clean and simple and with the Bluetooth connectivity I can diagnose my bike without re connecting things to the reader port any time I want.The installation took less than 5 mins by following the 8 simple steps in the instruction manual. Great product SVD/ Motorscan.

Terrible customer service, unit drops out and wont sync after while. Contact vendor and given the run around and zero over support. Stick with Vance and Hines or any other unit...

Doesn’t communicate with software. Waste of money.

Or better yet you can just hold in the trip reset button as you turn on your ignition and go through and clear your DTCs that way...Save the 200 bucks for some over priced chrome for your bike.
