I see that it says this is helpful with tobacco smoke. But my neighbors (an apt) smokes so much weed and crack I get horrid migraines. Will this help?

Is this as effective as an air purifer with a HEPA filter?

Has anyone used this to get rid of cigarette smoke? We live in a townhome and our neighbor smokes in her basement thus stinking up ours as well!

Is the permanent idf filter the hard internal filter? if yes, it absolutely is safe to wash? it has metal on it. thanks 😊
