This heats evenly and kept my seedlings worm in a cooler part of the house. It did not have a timer so I just plugged it into a lamp timer. Simple and easy to use.

I was surprised by how good the quality of this mat is. The adjustable temperature really works, I tested the temperatures before trying the seeds on it. Low is barely warm, high is a little too warm even for my chilly basement, and I found that about 1/3 past medium turned out perfect. Almost all of my bell pepper seeds came up. I just ordered another of these so I can start the rest of my seeds at once. I am completely new at starting plants from seeds but this makes it easy. I highly recommend this mat!

I used this very basic heat mat to warm some transplants to stimulate root growth and it works well. You plug it in, under the little greenhouse dome you may be using and the gentle heat from the mat does the rest. It's basic and it works well with no complaints . Did not monitor temperature, so I took it at face value, nothing was over-heated or damaged, so it's fine. Just needed to provide steady heat to my cuttings and did not go the whole "scientific" route of monitoring, just plug and play. Very basic, works fine IMO and I'd buy one again, and recommend for simple, basic needs.

This is a basic heating mat but it does have a control that allows you to pick a general range of heating. It's not thermostatically controlled, that's a more expensive item if a thermostat is built in or if you're by a separate thermostat to control the mat. It has a control that allows setting it to a certain range but there's no thermostatic control that is measuring to see what temperature you're actually getting and giving feedback to raise or lower the temp. But it did the trick for me. Based on the reviews from other people I put it on a piece of cardboard which helps keep the heat going in the right direction. I used a thermometer to test the temperature of my soil after it was on for a few hours, adjusting the dial upward and downward to get the temperature I was looking for. These heat mats don't have a specific temperature as much as they have a differential above the ambient temperature in the room. So this heat mat is unlikely to start peppers in a cold greenhouse. But in my house it worked great and the price was right.

These waterproof heat mats work great and are priced reasonably.I used these to maintain temperature when starting my pre-plants early to prepare for spring.

I wish I got this sooner. It makes germination much easier. No more looking for a warm spot to put the seeds while they germinate in a towel. This is water resistant and very durable. The controller is very simple and easy to use. I never need to go above medium heat. If you are working with clones, this is also a must have. It makes propagation a breeze. It adds just enough warmth to create the right amount of moisture in the enclosure.

Does its job. Amazing. Still works after years.

I recently purchased the AC Infinity SUNCORE S3 Waterproof Seedling Mat with Heat Controller for my indoor gardening needs. While the heating pad itself functions well and is UL & MET certified, there are a couple of areas where I feel it could be improved. Firstly, it would be more convenient if the SUNCORE S3 readily connected to the 69PRO control system. As someone who already owns the 69PRO, it would have been great to have seamless integration between the two devices. It would have made temperature control and monitoring much easier, eliminating the need for multiple controllers. Additionally, the absence of a built-in temperature gauge is a slight drawback. Having an integrated temperature gauge would provide real-time monitoring of the heat levels, allowing for better precision and control over the germination and cloning processes. That being said, the SUNCORE S3 does function as described and provides consistent heat for my seedlings. The waterproof feature is a plus, as it adds an extra layer of protection and peace of mind. The 10" x 20.75" size is suitable for small to medium-sized gardening setups. In summary, while the AC Infinity SUNCORE S3 Waterproof Seedling Mat with Heat Controller is a reliable product, I believe it could be enhanced by offering seamless connectivity to the 69PRO control system and incorporating a built-in temperature gauge. These improvements would elevate the user experience and provide more comprehensive control over the heating process.

This kept my germination dome warm and humid. The plants LOVE it. I'm glad I bought it. It's a bit tricky to roll it back up to store in the included bag... but mostly because I worry about rolling it up too tightly. I grow Devil's lettuce and using this with the Ac infinity germ dome I had leaves above soil (cotyledons) in 2 days.

This product instead of helping to grow lions mane mushrooms has killed the mushrooms, burnt THROUGH the container and also burnt the carpet underneath. This was on the 'low temp' setting. I only gave it 1 star because I couldn't give zero!!
