While it does have some positive features, there are a few significant issues that make it difficult for me to fully recommend it.Starting with the positives, the Hi-ERA Super Silent Hamster Wheel is made with high-quality materials and has a sleek and modern design. The clear construction allows for easy visibility, which is great for keeping an eye on my pet while it exercises. The wheel itself has a decent size of 8.5 inches, providing ample space and comfort for both gerbils and larger hamster varieties.However, there are two major drawbacks that greatly impact my satisfaction with this product. First, the wheel is quite loud when in use. From the moment my gerbil starts running on it, the noise can be quite distracting. It creates a constant repetitive sound that can be bothersome, especially when trying to focus or relax in the same room.The second issue is that the wheel does not connect to the stand securely. There is a noticeable gap between the wheel and the stand, resulting in unnecessary movement and noise. Despite my attempts to tighten the connections, the instability persists, making it difficult to enjoy the supposedly "super silent" feature touted by this product.Overall, while the Hi-ERA Super Silent Hamster Wheel has a visually appealing design and a decent size, its inability to deliver on its promise of being silent is a significant drawback. The constant noise and lack of stability between the wheel and stand greatly impact the overall user experience. I would hesitate to recommend this product to others looking for a genuinely silent exercise option for their small pets.

Its semi quiet I can hear my hams little feet running and the wheel wobbling a little bit but for the most part great wheel

Bought this wheel and 3 weeks later it started making loud noises. Unfortunately, I am over a month in to my purchase and not eligible to return. I am disappointed.Update: Seller contacted me and provided with a full refund. Customer service was great.

Love the size and it's very quiet as well. Working great. My hamster Loves it.

This wheel is AMAZING. With three different ways to attach it, it will fit any need and it is literally SILENT. Our gerbil goes nuts on it and if your ears are pressed up to the tank and there isn’t a sound in the house you can, almost hear it. It’s comes apart , (which the assembly is incredibly easy) which allows you to clean it when dirt inevitability gets into it and allows you to ensure it won’t start to make noise again. Worth its weight in gold

This wheel can be cleaned easily, and it is fairly stable. It does unfortunately start to squeak after a month, and even oiling it, you have to do it frequently. Ive had it for about 3 months now and my hamster for only 2. It is starting to crack around the middle. Its a bit small for a syrian but can work temporarily, which was my plan anyways.
