These are really great cables. They are a great price. They work very well. Super easy to use and they feel great.

Bought for use at my church to get high speed wired internet to back of sanctuary where we needed it to connect to local laptops to run weekly services. Wifi in the building was often spotty at best and sometimes would disconnect, even in middle of service, which causes problems when streaming the weekly service over YouTube. The 150-foot length was perfect, and we even had some left over if needed. Easy to wire up from an existing 48-port hub/switch and to a small TP Link 5-port switch once I had the cable pushed and laid underneath the sanctuary.

Item arrived on time and works for my home NAS. The cables were new and in their packaging.

Update (May 2025): My original runs are still going strong, and I've now implemented additional runs using this vendor's shielded cable (I've also used unshielded cable from this vendor, for those who might ultimately use unshielded cable). Performance continues to be great. As long as this vendor doesn't get greedy (as happened with some other cable vendors who started to build a reputation), they'll officially be my "go-to" vendor from here on out, and I suspect they'll continue to amass a similar following. Keep up the nice work, Cable Matters, and please don't get greedy!Original review: This product is a good balance between quality and price. There are cheaper cables out there but I consider Cable Matters to be a reliable vendor. Be prepared for your cable run to be slightly more involved if you're using shielded cable, as it's somewhat thicker and less flexible than unshielded. And read up on shielded vs unshielded to see which is best for your use case. Shielded may be very important or needless overkill that just costs you more. But if you do need shielded cable, it's still easy to use and install, so no need to worry too much. This cable has worked well for me, and it was just the right length for my use case. They offer plenty of colors, which is nice if you need that for color-coding or matching an aesthetic if part of the run will be exposed. And the connectivity / signal quality is great, of course.

This is a very good quality cable.It doesn't feel too stiff or too loose, it's certainly high speed as advertised, it holds itself in the port well, and I'd say it's worth the money if you want a proper cable that isn't going to split open or come loose from its socket.

Works great, love the length. The quality is good; packaging great, and connectivity super. Only complaint is that when I wind it up as it was in the bag to put away when not using, it gets bent and loses its shape and length.Great value.

I purchased this cable to replace another long CAT6 cable from a different brand that was never able to hit advertised network speeds of 1Gbps. Fortunately, this cable is both high quality and fast. I plugged it in and immediately noticed an improvement to my connection quality and the video and sound stability I experienced on work video calls and while watching videos and playing video games. Easy to use, high quality, and fast. Everything you could want in a cable.
