OK. so my kneecaps measured at 13" so i purchased a Medium. Im not sure if i got the right size. but these puppies r tight. they're tight on the top abs bottom edges. i have a difficult time getting them up high enough on my things. i used them for all of my sets and they did start slipping a little bit down.... which makes me think it's not too small. odd design but im sure the more i use them the more easier it'll get for me to get on n off. defiantly helped with my knees. should have left them on for the rest of my leg workout tbh. but they're so tight they almost hurt at the holes and clearly that doesn't stop them from slipping down so. idk.

Wanted to go, heavier and squats got these to help felt good. You could feel the support.

Had injured my knee while playing tennis, wanted some extra protection and support for it to heal. The product arrived in time. The quality is amazing, with the right size it would take pressure of the knee while running and playing. The product material is of nice quality and so is the rubber print. It material was thicker than I imagined but is pretty breathable. I was able to go on hikes and run a 5k with the sleeve. It does become a little sweaty but nothing that would cause discomfort.

Couldn’t be happier with this product. Allows me to lift heavier and overall better movement without any aches in my knees. 10/10

Bought this as I was rehabbing a sprained knee. very strong and stable brace but still lightweight. Highly recommended for any sporting activity for more stability
