Absolutely brilliant it's well made and sturdy, great price

Apart from the t-bar falling off, the rest of it is quite sturdy. I had a seized caliper on one side and even with a socket on the end, it wouldn't budge. That said, it was quite badly seized and the tool itself took a lot of punishment without breaking so the quality is good (beyond the t-bar) It did well on the other side. I think this would take on a seized caliper that is a wind in one. Mine were push in and a g clamp unseized the bad one with a little pursuasion.

Purchased for my son to work on his car. He was satisfied as it performed well and did the job.

Perfect little tool cheap as chips

I received my item and was pleased with the overall quality but alas it was the wrong size pitch to locate in the holes i have a Volvo v40 and does not fit so I’ve had to modify a temporary tool to finish my brake pad change but you really need this tool to turn and compress the caliper back. This tool looks well made and good value for money. I’ve given 5 star as I think if the adapter fitted it would of worked well.

Made from the finest Chineseium steel. Always manged in the past with a G cramp to push the piston back in but this time I discovered the rear calliper was too long to get a clamp round it, so this was going to fix the issue. Looked promising at first and just like all the over times with the G cramp a bit of resistance and then you feel the pot driving back into the piston. Nope! What I felt was the 4/5mm thick steel plate taking on a new U shape as I tightened it up. And so it went into the vice to try to make it flatish for a return. The threaded bar had also become very attached to the pressure plate so it also got to go to the vice for a little percussive persuasion.

Did not fit the holes in the piston so could not complete the job Will need to resolve the problem to retract the piston somehow.

This helped me turn my 2010 mazda 6 rear caliper piston which was damn siezed. I had bought the cube earlier but you just can't apply enough pressure and turn while keeping the other hand holding the caliper. If your caliper piston is siezed then you definitely need this. Good heavy quality for acceptable price.
