I have several of these and they are great. Picture is nice and clear. The app is easy to use and you don't have to pay to see your videos or even save them as long as you download. The motion detection is very precise actually too much, but you can change the settings.

Love these cameras. I use them as portables to move around and monitor things.

I bought this 2-pack of LongPlus Wireless Security Cameras back in March 2024 for my off-grid property, and I’ve been really impressed with their performance. Setup was a breeze—I had both cameras mounted and connected to the 2.4GHz WiFi in under 30 minutes. The app is straightforward to use, and I love that the free plan gives you 2 days of recording before it deletes (unless you pay for a subscription or use an SD card). For my needs, that’s been more than enough to keep an eye on things without extra costs.The battery life on these is fantastic. They last so long that I sometimes forget to check them, which is both a pro and a slight con. I didn’t opt for the solar connectors when I bought them, and I kind of regret that now. When the battery eventually runs low, I have to unscrew them from the mount to charge them. It’s not a huge hassle—just a quick unscrew and plug-in—but I’d recommend getting the solar connectors if you’re in a remote setup like mine to avoid the occasional takedown.The video quality is solid, and the AI motion detection works well for catching any activity around my homestead. They’ve held up through various weather conditions, which is crucial for outdoor use in my area. These cameras have been a great addition to my off-grid security setup, especially since they don’t require constant power—just the occasional charge. If you’re looking for affordable, battery-powered cameras with decent storage options, these are a solid pick. Just consider the solar add-on if you want to make maintenance even easier

Image is pretty good, but once zoomed in it breaks up, battery life is fair, too many triggers run the battery down in a few weeks. I added solar panels to mine to avoid taking them down to charge. Connection to WiFi is pretty consistent. Easy to setup with the directions

The battery runs low really quick and if you have more than one security camera be prepared to pay a separate service fee of over $40 for each. It also skip recordings. Someone will be at your door before you get a notification and on other camers the footage will skip showing the person coming and/or leaving.

This is my second purchase of this camera. I purchased the first one and loved it. It works great and the picture quality is perfect, it has great motion detection and is easy to use. However my first one stopped working in about 6 months. I thought maybe I got a dud and I ordered a second one, but after 6 months my second one has now done the same thing. It will randomly go “offline” and then will not connect again. I’ve tried all the troubleshooting options (on both cameras) and it will not connect. I now have two dead cameras and am not sure what to do. Sure the price is great, but I’d rather pay more money and have the camera last longer.
