I doubt if it’s genuine Bajaj mixer grinder. The lids and the clamps are very poor quality and made of cheap plastic. Makes horrible noise. I wouldn’t advise buying it.

Very poor. Became defective within 2 months of purchase. While making smoothie it broke down. Waste of money. Makes a lot of noise but power is not good enough as advertised.blades are not sharp enough. Not fit for purpose.

This item broke down twice in 2 months. Seller sent me a replacement part which only lasted a month and broke again. Stay away from this product as it's not worth the money. See the pictures attached. For that kind of money, this item is a Bad Product

Very poor quality of plastic jar lid, first time using Bajaj mixer and it's of very poor quality and they don't have any warranty as well, avoid buying this product. It will be waste of money buying this product for sure.

What's the point of getting a mixer when the jar gets stuck? I used the small jar and it was fine. I used the middle sized jar and it's been stuck for 5 hrs now refusing to budge! I don't even want to try again even if it does come out eventually. And until it does come out, the food will rot in the jar! Ridiculous!

Within a month and half of usage the blades on the large jar is broken!

I have seen many mixer in my life but this mixer is powerful than other mixer as it mixes very gently all kitchen cooking items ,packaging was good and steel quality is premium and all 3 jars are very strong and durable ,Bajaj has used premium quality steel and blades in it.i specially like the colour and i like it's powerful motor 1000 watts.

Really liked using this mixer grinder juicer, it has great 1000w motor for hard grinding stuff , blade is good for hard soft grinding. Lock feature is easy, not noisy, which is great. Comes with 2yrs warranty & like the metallic finish of the product. It’s sturdy to use & best value for money.

I like motor ang heavy jars.What I did not like is it's noisy and jar locks are delicate.

We are only using smallest jar since 1.5 years. Today when I went to the mall and checked same product then realized the one given to me is a defective jars. Actually the jars in Croma I saw were so easy to use. My parents are senior citizen and they have spill the juices all over kitchen because the jars locking system is soo tight and it is impossible to close.

Like it .value for money .can grind very fine and easy to handle for daily use .only it is little bit noisy .
