This is a quality knee pillow that helps me sleep comfortably. The deep contour on one side helps the cushion to stay in place while resting on my side and prevents my knees from touching, exactly as it is designed to do. I had been using a sofa pillow before and this is much superior. Glad I bought it.

I am 22 weeks pregnant and was having very bad hip pain. My chiropractor suggested I sleep with a pillow folded in half or get an actual knee pillow. So I tried folding a pillow in half to put between my knees for a while and it just wasn't working very well for me It kept moving and did not keep me from twisting my hips when I slept. It was more comfortable for me to sleep with one knee over the other but it put a lot of stress on my hips and was causing me a lot of pain. So I decided to try this knee pillow after I looked at a bunch of different ones and I am very pleased with this one so far. It gives my legs the support really good and because it is indented It keeps me from laying one knee over the other and twisting my hips in my sleep. I have not had hip pain since I started using it about 3 weeks ago. I think it is a pretty good size and the shape is perfect. So I would definitely recommend giving this pillow a try if you are having hip pain and especially if you are expecting and are needing to support your hips. This pillow is pretty stiff and took a little getting used to. Because it is all memory foam and doesn't really have much give to it. So it would be nice if it was maybe a little bit softer but because it is stiff it gives the support I need. One little tip that I found was helpful was when using this pillow because it is not real big it does not give any support to your feet so if you don't like your feet just laying on top of each other, I would suggest putting a thin pillow between them. So if you're looking for a good knee pillow that's going to give you the support you need I would definitely recommend this pillow!

Seems to be good quality and the cover is comfortable. The Velcro for the added wedge drops my rating to a four instead of five. That is seriously irritating when caught unaware.

Finally my search is over! I have had several different types of knee pillows over the years and none of them had all the features I was looking for until now! I have used a standard pillow that never stays in place as you toss and turn only to wake up and find it on the floor. Then I tried the small block design which only supports a small section of your inner thighs which does nothing for proper alignment of your spine. Then the block with the strap which was the worst design in my opinion. I would wake up with it on my outer thigh and constantly have to adjust it throughout the night and if you have to use the restroom in the middle of the night, minor adjustments become major. Let me tell you this knee pillow is all you will ever need. It contours to my inner thigh area all the way to my knees and gives me the alignment I need in my spine to sleep comfortably on my side. I even use it when sleeping on my back. The smooth fabric cover is cool to the touch and it doesn't get steaming hot, doesn't easily slip out of place and is easily removed for late night bathroom runs. It is made of quality memory foam that has some give and bounce back. Molds to your contours. I have had absolutely no issues with the fabric on the cover piling like pillows I have had in the past and the heather gray color won't stain as easily. It came packaged with care with no chemical smell. When they made this pillow they corrected all the other competitor's design flaws. I can't speak on the durability of the zipper. I have had it for months but haven't needed to check or use the zipper. I like that it is hidden so it doesn't rub on my skin in such a sensitive area. I have been sleeping like a baby with peace of mind that I am not putting pressure on my hips, knees and lower back.

Bought one of these several years ago and love it. I bought one recently to take when we travel, but it's not as firm. I kept wondering why my back would hurt at hotels and now I know why.

This pillow is comfortable. I can rollover while sleeping and the pillow easily moves with me without having to readjust. I can sleep better with less back pain and stress on my knees.

Finally a knee pillow that relieves the sleeping pressure my husbands long legs. He’s tried several others that flattened out in a short time or were just too short in length for his requirements. He’s had it now for several months and loves it.

I'm almost 70 and in good health but my knees and hip have really started to hurt.I naturally just into self help and get back to paying attention to every part of my life and i make agreements to get everything back to clean and health.I didn't have to adjust much other than making sure I'm drinking 50-60oz water and eating more salad greens everyday.But this time, i couldn't fix the pain so i went to the chiropractor for a realignment: that aways helps me.I had to get X-rays and they showed me that my neck and lower back were aging and needed a rehab.This is the pillow my chiropractor suggested i get because it long BUT due not use it as pictured because that position causes strain on the knees because they hang and twist because the lower leg weight pull the knee down because it's not supported at the calf: the knee is not resting it's sagging and twisting.He also says it is VERY IMPORTANT if I'm a slide sleeper as i am, to keep my lower arm flat under my pillow or better still on my pillow next to my head because that is best for cardio health as the arm is not being weighed down.I order the pillow, and used it last night.I put it under my knee and under my ankle:, VERY COMFY. Then i laid down to sleep with my lower arm on my pillow and that was, for the first time ever, extremely comfy too. I also tried putting my lower arm under my pillow and that was good also.My chiropractor said i might feel like I'm rolling back, but I'm not, i just think i am because i have never laid this straight and in line. If you do feel like you're leaning or rolling back just use a blanket or another pillow behind you so you back can feel it and that feeling goes awayI woke up PAIN FREE. It has been almost a year of feeling crappy, old and sore and with one night of sleeping supported and in alignment i woke up after the best night of sleep ever. I didn't even roll over to the order side and i usually took and toss all night.I HIGHLY recommend this extra long pillow.

Material und Größe wie beschrieben. Für mich leider extrem unbequem im Bett...auch etwas groß. Eventuell nur etwas für große Menschen.
