We’ve purchased these multiple times, and have been very happy with them. We use them each week to hang lights on steel poles and they have worked very well for the past year. After a while they tend to get a little less sticky, but we just clean the suction cup, and they work well again. They adhere very well, hors d’oeuvre, are durable even in the cold weather, and hold a lot of weight.

Fell off my window and the 8" stained glass plate shattered on my living room floor. To be fair it stayed on the glass for almost 60 days. Ì have another one that is still hanging. My advice would be to re-install them periodically.

I use two in the kitchen and hang different things in the kitchen that I want handy to grab fast when needed. Once up properly, you will never have a problem with them popping off. They are stronger than they look for sure. I also use 2 in the shower for things like wash clothes, rope soap, back brush, etc. They work well in either environment. They would also be good in the garage for things to hang. These are not flimsy by any means and well worth the price.

Really liked these hooks. Unlike other suction style hooks, these have a nice thinner hook. Decided to put one in my kitchen on the old laminate backsplash to hold my elastics. I used to throw them in a drawer and it was just too cumbersome to always over and get an elastic out. This way there is always a few a short reach away when I need them. I wiped down the backsplash with a little alcohol to remove any potential residue, let it dry for a few seconds and then squeezed it up against the wall and flipped the lever. Has been over a month and it is still holding well. I admit the elastics are not exactly heavy, but it works well for that. I installed a second one in a small powder room, on a porcelain tile wall. It holds a small hand towel, and it has also been very strong. Typical Antique bronze colour, and looks like it has a high gloss varnish over it. As long as you attach them to a clean non-porous surface, they work as expected and very strong.

They are working exactly as described for me, the suction is very strong, even before you lock them in place with the hook mechanism. I was able to reposition them fairly easily although it did take more effort than anticipated to get them off the glass however, no damaged caused to glass or hook. I've been hanging towels on them for about a week now and they haven't loosened or fallen off once, even in a bathroom/shower area. Very happy with this purchase.

Pricing is overall fair when taking into consideration the 20% off coupon alongside the fact it comes in a set of four units. Design looks reasonably designed and although an all white or clear design would look even better and with a more sleeker looking form factor, these are really minor gripes and overall it looks reasonably design and the hook thickness fits the intended hole of the fire blanket I intend to put up. Works perfectly for this purpose as I needed a hook on the side wall board of the fridge but didn’t want to screw/drill anything into it. The suctioning power is good and it generally holds up well once securely clamped and fastened. Works of vacuumed air pressure and holds in place well on its own. Reasonably sturdy although I could see the possibility of the hook possibly failing with a hard enough whack, otherwise it’s reasonably well made and works as you should otherwise expect on a variety of surfaces although smooth is always best. Be sure to thoroughly clean and dry the surface bere application to maximize the hold. Once planted it holds its place really firm and sturdy. Decent.
