Network Fundamentals CCNA Exploration Labs and Study Guide (Lab Companion)

This is the "must have" companion manual for the "Network Fundamentals" textbook for a Cisco Systems Certification. As anybody that has attended college knows, there is always a "workbook" associated with the class. I always try to read two chapters ahead of the class and work on the problems in the workbook so they are always ready. And then..., sometimes I don't! :o)

I bought this book for my participation in the Cisco networking academy. Not much to say except it is a great companion to the online course material, and my instructor uses material directly out of this book for our assignments.

Having previously taken the CISCO CCNA course at a local community college, I purchased this book to help with a 'brush up'. It covers all the necessary topics and was helpful

after shopping around for a cheaper book i found this one at a good buy and good condition, considering that the school bookstore charges more for it

I needed this book for a class for my CCNA. This was a required book but does contain alot of good information and study guides. I will be keeping the book once the class is over.

I used this book for a CCNA1 networking class. It was the required lab book. Overall, it was fine. It consisted of various review questions as well as hands-on lab activities. The only negative was that there were several occurrences where the activity instructions were not clear at all, and if it weren't for the lab workers, we'd never know what we were supposed to do!

This was a great deal to find this book in brand new condition for such a reasonable price. And it arrived just in time for my class. Thank you!

This is the companion to Network Fundamentals: CCNA Exploration Companion Guide. This book reinforces the concepts and provide many practice exercises with a PacketTracer (a Cisco virtual lab included on CD).

The companion series runs parallel to the actual Cisco Academy course for the CCNA. The Academy has animated videos and graphics, but is too slow to read and use. To keep pace with the Cisco course, this book will become your bible. Read the book, then go back to the animated graphics. Many on the Cisco course relied on the Academy portal - and soon found they were weeks behind in the course. This book is a lifesaver, as you can read the book, to keep on track. It's also easier to make notes of important syntax, which is easy to forget. I went through the Cisco exam in 35 mins instead of 90 mins... and got a high pass. I put that down to having the Cisco books to work with.

im studying CCNA for my degree and this book is a great help for that.
