I just received the package and it’s not turning on at all! I tried charging it but the there’s no led light that indicates its charging. It’s totally not working! Tried to get a refund but you need to ship back the item on your own which is very hassle!!!!

I like how lightweight and compact this is, it has really good sound quality in games and paired with DTS Unbound software from Microsoft store the performance is superb, has a nice flat and detailed sound Mid/high’s and low’s all are crystal clear and not distorted, mic is also good, not the BEST mic in the wireless headsets but would say better than the average mic. Wish they had Bluetooth functionality but can’t complain for the features packed on this price point

Good comfortable headset, sound isn't audiophile quality but for playing games it's great, and I received some positive reviews from mates saying the microphone is great. Good purchase.
