More links, identical to original chain collar links
These extra links came, well-packaged, delivered on time, and were easy to add to my growing puppy’s chain link collar—bigger puppy than expected! I had to fiddle with the links a bit, taking off, putting back on, and I’m happy to report that it’s easy to add or remove a link, and doesn’t require instructions. I don’t have very strong grip strength, so if I can handle them, almost anyone else should be able to do so, as easily. Reasonably priced.I am impressed at how effective the collar is, at keeping my puppy on “heel.” The trick is to hold the leash straight up, when standing or walking next to your dog. Mine—a Heinz 57 breed with Siberian Husky, German Shepherd, Chow Chow and Golden Retriever making up 90% of his genes, was 8 months old, when I got him, and he’s quite strong, so this collar is really great to use! I signed up for individual training for him immediately, and this is the collar recommended and introduced for me to use by my trainer. A collar of this type should be used while working with the dog, and removed, for best safety practice, when the dog is loose and not closely supervised. Even a canvas dog collar can be caught in a fence, and result in the injury or death of a dog. I’ve known of this happening, with an Alaskan puppy I sold to another dog musher. So I’m speaking from first-hand knowledge. Many breeders, with lots of dogs in kennels, remove collars while their dogs are kenneled and unattended. This, of course, works best with strong, well fenced, well-maintained kennel fencing. We all know what escape artists some dogs can be!

Best prong collar as recommended by my doc trainer!
The collar works perfectly and is easily to put on. The one year warranty on the collar makes this product worth its cost. One of the chains on the collar got stuck on a display case at a pet store, which led to the chain bending. My trainer noticed the faulty chain and told me to contact for a replacement. Herm and Derek Good are both extremely quick to respond to my replacement request, which was unexpected from an Amazon shop. I am grateful for the amazing customer service experience. This $50 collar is worth it through its quality and additional benefits. I will be buying the bigger sizes once my pups grow!

Good enough
They fit well however they are noticeably not as sturdy as the main brand

Good size for medium size dogs but go larger for large breeds
I only bought this size because it matched the original collar. However, I have a greater Swiss Mountain dog and had to upgrade to a larger size prong collar for service dog training once he reached one year old.

Just snap them on
They’re not any different than the original collar prongs they fit and match perfectly to extend the collar
