How do I contact the company to make an exchange?

On the Amazon website the company states that the company doesn't except exchanges. Keep what you have, and order new. See the Amazon website

Are colors the same as picture? Description doesn’t seem to match

Gold does not look like it does in the product photos - see customer photos. It's more of a matte camouflage gold color, no sheen whatsoever. Mine was half brown.

The ring is just a half size to big, there is a card that says we can get a new size but no contact info, whats the contact info for ring size replace?

I am returning mine back to Amazon and will order the larger size from Amazon
