Great Racquet to Step-up Your Game
Great pickleball paddle! This is my second step-up up racquet after starting playing with a cheap beginner racquet and then moving up to a better racquet. This one is well-worth the cost and is a huge step-up from the $100 racquet I had been playing with. Great control and power, excellent grip material and length of grip handle, and as a bonus, it is noticeably quieter when hitting than my previous racquets. And the packaging it arrives in is premium and lets you know you bought a quality product. Would definitely buy again!

Great paddle for the money
I like my Joola Hyperion paddle very much. I’m a strong intermediate player (4.0 on a good day) and for 3 days I’ve played with it I found that it gives me good control, excellent spin. Not sure about the power. I upgraded from a Selkirk Amped Epic which I have used for a couple of years. Still a good paddle but I was losing some of the spin. I gifted it to a great nephew. For the money, I think the Ben Johns Hyperion CFS was a great choice for my game.

Great paddle to have
This paddle improved my game to a different level. I'm a beginner started playing from mid September, tried some other brands and then I had the chance to use my frnds Joola Hyperion paddle, and it changed my game. Immediately I got one during October prime day, since then I'm in btwn beginner to intermediate. It has great Performance, power and easy placement and has good spin which I haven't explored yet.

Good paddle so far
Great upgrade to my Heat Vision. The feel seems better and I can control the ball better. I was expecting a bit more rough surface but it’s not a big deal. Also, the grip seems a little smooth but I prefer a sticky grip. Overall, I’m very pleased with the paddle. Would recommend this paddle as it’s a good paddle for a reasonable price.

Still performing great after 1+ year of intensive play
I’ve been playing with this paddle for about a year and four months now, usually 3–4 times a week. My DUPR is around 3.8, and most of our games are very fast-paced with lots of slams and drives, so the paddle gets serious use. Despite that, I’ve had no issues with core “dead spots” or performance drop. The textured surface holds up really well and wears slowly, even with aggressive play. The handle is one of my favorite parts. It feels comfortable for both one-handed and two-handed backhands, which isn’t always easy to find. The sweet spot is generous, and the balance between power and control feels very natural. There’s also good forgiveness on off-center hits, which helps during fast exchanges. I like to play with this paddle and I would definitely recommend this paddle because of the performance and price.

A steal at any price!
Great feel right off in my hand the moment i unwrapped it from the great packaging . Took it to the court the next morning and whoa, lot’s of power in the large sweet spot. The balls just sounds different. Had to swing a little softer because the ball just flies. My partner could tell the difference. Great grit of the surface, which allowed me to slice the ball to confuse my opponents even more. I felt like I had more control that my other paddles. Played 6 games and I felt I could have played 6 more the same day. Paddle felt perfect and almost nonexistent sweat on my hand. Love this paddle and it I’ll be my dominant paddle in my 5.0 to 6.5 tournaments.

Very disappointing
I am very disappointed with this Joola Hyperion paddle. I started playing pb about four years ago , am intermediate level, and play four to five times a week. I’ve been using a couple Gamma paddles and have been happy with them until one delaminated (probably from being left in my car too long in cold weather). I decided I’d upgrade and get this Joola Hyperion because of the hype around it. Turns out that was a mistake. The first time I used it, fresh out of the packaging, I thought I had inadvertently picked up my old delaminated paddle. The ball came off it with a clunk and barely made it to the net. I played with it for a while only to find it continued that hollow clunk and required a lot of muscle to get it over the net with any speed. I switched back to my other Gamma. I used it off and on for a few weeks thinking I might adjust to it, but nothing changed—still the hollow clunk, very little power, no notable sweet spot, and generally poor response. Finally I was playing a couple hours with my Gamma, which performed very well, then switched to the Hyperion for another try My first serve clunked off the paddle and to the side. My return shots could barely make it to the net unless I put a lot of muscle behind it. With that, I decided I’d had enough. I was planning to return it only to find I had missed the Amazon return window by four days. So now I am stuck with an expensive mistake that I probably will not use again. My advice: Caveat emptor, stay away from this product or be prepared to return it right away.

Great Paddle
Great paddle. It is certainly great for the price. Shot accuracy and control increased. Weight of paddle is proper for beginner/intermediate player like me. I would strongly suggest this paddle for new players.

The racquet is great and helped elevate my game for sure. Its got good control, power and spin. However, I already have a bad dent in the paddle, so the longevity of something this expensive is concerting. It should be able to last much longer and I may have to look for another paddle. It's only been less than 2 months since purchase.

This paddle has great control, and a nice snap when you hit the sweet spot. My previous paddles have had a dead spot near the very top of the paddle. This one does not. The most expensive paddle I have ever bought, but well worth it.
