This paste is the best . I’ve tried several but this one is easier to apply and doesn’t take a lot to wash off your hands.

Update: while this does help heal the rash, it's clear that it hurts when applied so don't listen to me, don't use this for diaper rash. Back to the drawing board of suffering. My baby has struggled on and off with frequent, acidic stool. This would cause chemical burns on her bum with eroded skin (jacquets dermatitis). While probiotics have worked in the past, they aren't working this time. Fortunately, this stuff is helping her heal. It's super sticky so you have to be very careful in your application that you don't glue the bum cheeks together. But a layer of this over the rash with desitin or aquaphor over top really protected her skin. The only downside is that it won't come off except on its own. So it's coming off slowly, but surely.

I usually buy a few extra every month in case of emergency and it does exactly what it says on the tube! Easy to use, it takes a few hours to set, so it's not particularly fast, but once it has set, it's very strong and sticks the bag on. It's not cheap, but don't buy the cheaper stuff, I tried a cheaper brand and I regretted it. I get this on prescription now, I always buy a tube or two every month as emergency supplies which I recommend doing. It's a must have for all stoma patients, it does exactly what is supposed to.
