24 Pull String Bows - Instant Bow Ribbon, Gift Wrap Packing, 4 Different Sizes & Colors

I was not impressed with these bows for the price. Here are the pros and cons:Cons:- You have to slide two pieces of ribbon up a a smaller center ribbon to make the bow. Once the bow is made, there is nothing that holds it together. As soon as you release your fingers, the bottom layers begins to unravel. I had to add a piece of tape to the bottom of each bow to keep it together.- If you don't have everything lined up perfectly before you slide the ribbon, the bow ends up "skewed" and doesn't look right. It's a one time shot to get it right - otherwise it can't be re-done.- The sticky tabs that come with these are small pieces of white foam. These are thick and spongy, not flat like a double-sided tape, so the bow does not sit flush and the tab is visible underneath. Also, they only include 24 - no extras provided.- The colors are all shades of pastels -very spring-like and feminine. Perfect for a bridal shower or Easter gifts, not good if your gift recipient is a male.- The sizes are small. Their largest bow was the size of an average bow, and there were only few of those. Most were small- like you would use on a jewelry box.Pros:- Packaged flat in a compact-sized plastic enclosure. Makes for easy storage and a fresh-looking, uncrushed bow each time (unlike bows in a bag)- Very pretty colors- purple, light blue, mint green, pink, yellow and coral. But again, nice for girls, not so much for boys.- Bow has long ribbon tails, ranging approximately from 9" to 15" long. I love the look of these, and used the ribbon to tie shrinky-dink name tags to each gift. Very cool presentation and well-received.All in all, they worked out fine. But I think these are overpriced and not a good value for only 24 bows. I would not purchase these again, unless the price was drastically reduced.

To begin with, for the price, I really didn't expect a whole lot for my money. What I ended up getting was a puffy envelope stuffed with a handful of JUNK, CUT-UP RIBBONS that must have been swept up off the floor. No exaggeration! In this "mess" of junk there were 3 or 4 ribbons (not bows) that had some little globs of glue and stuck to these globs were 4 strands of Christmas tree tinsel (icicles)!!! Where they came from is ANYBODY'S GUESS---like I said, it was like a pouch full of scraps (and tinsel) that was swept up off the floor! 3/4 of the bows had NO PULL STRINGS at all. I even got a small cluster of pull strings by themselves---no bows attached to them! The 5 or 6 "bows" that did have pull strings, when you slowly pulled the strings to form the bows, only made a very uneven and DEFORMED BOW-LIKE mess that didn't even resemble any type of bow---it's like they were not made correctly to form a bow. What I received was a pouch full of junk and certainly nothing like the photo in the ad. I am throwing this pouch of junk exactly where it belongs---IN THE TRASH!!!UPDATE: I contacted Amazon who, in turn, contacted the seller (who is in China) about my complaint. I, then, got an email from the seller who wanted to know what the problem was. I, basically, let them know what the problem was with what I received. They replied and COMPLETELY IGNORED what I told them and all I got was STEP-BY-STEP INSTRUCTIONS on how to use pull string bows. I have used pull string bows for over a decade! Not a single word from them addressing what was wrong with the junk bows I received from them.

I like pull bows because they store flat and this package has a good selection of colors and sizes, but pulls break part of the time which then makes the bow unusable.

They're okay, but that's the best I could say. They certainly don't make big, beautiful bows so, if that's what you're looking for, keep looking.

These bows are easy to use, true to color from the pics posted, and true to size. They are a tad flimsier than other brands I have purchased, but if you attach them as soon as you pull them open, there is no issue.

good, easy to use.....am ordering more.Just for my purposes, would like all ribbons to be one size, but that is NOT a complaint - the varying sized are probably better for most people.

Hard to keep open to put on a present.
