Fairly robust product.My girlfriend seems a couple times a week and she recommends it. I personally haven't tried it , but she hasn'complained about it so far.She said it's comfortable and easy to use required on cable for plugging in

Ordered the mask arrived quite quickly and in good shape everything works ok,but a little niggle,they stuck the postage label to the mask box and now it's a sticky mess,not good if U storing mask in box between uses, missus loves it,after a few uses she starting to look like kylie that bird from down under😁😁😁😁

Lights stopped working after 13 months

My husband purchased this for me for my birthday it worked for 4 months and now doesn’t. What a waste of money !

I’ve already been having a course of dermalux so mask not nearly as intense ,, however easy to use ,, light weight ,, downside the mask sits on your face as opposed to off as some masks have rigid face and arms you wear like glasses ,, and I wear cotton wool pads over my eyes as it has rims to protect your eyes from the light which is very clever actually if them , but they say a bit heavy under my eyes so a cotton wool pad protected from that ,, other than that I’ll keep using cause I’m very happy with it for the money

Not too happy that this mask, at its price point, is having basic issues such as a faulty circuit board. I bought this for my girlfriend and now she can’t use it until I get a new one. There is no data sheet to replace components which is disappointing. Poor quality item.

I've been using this for a few months now and i can't see any difference, but my biggest complaint about this mask is when i have used it it leaves indents around the eyes and nose which stay for a good hour or more so i could never use it before going out etc. definitely not worth the money
