Sorry for the gross photo, but it shows how well it worked along with Auectfy manual ear wax irrigation flushing system. It took several treatments to remove dried, impacted ear wax. This photo was after using Ear Wax MD ear drops after the third time. First time using, I left the drops in for 1/2 hour and nothing at all came out when I flushed with the irrigator. Second time, left drops in for 1 hour, then flushed and quite a bit came out. Third time I also left the drops in for an hour, then flushed and the most came out (see photo). I tried again a fourth time to make sure I had gotten it all out, and the water came out clear.

I used this product for my 91 yr client. Went to the audiologist and it helped soften the was so they could pull it out.

These ear drops definitely work and are as previous reviewers noted more effective then typical over the counter drops such as Debrox. I have dealt with ear wax congestion over the years, mostly in my left ear. I used to run, knee issues prevent that routine anymore, and the impact and body heat generated by running always allowed the wax to find its way out of my ears. My left ear was recently severely impacted with build-up, I repeatedly tried Debrox, leaving the drops in for varying time increments then flushing them with warm water using a bulb syringe with no results. I ordered Earwax MD after reading some excellent informative reviews and they were delivered through Amazon Prime on Labor Day, which shocked me, I didn't think anything was delivered on Labor Day. The drops did not work at all after my first application, I followed the instructions, 15 min then flushing with warm water. I was resigned to making an appointment with my physician and paying around $140 for wax removal, my insurance like most plans these days has a substantial deductible. But I kept after it, applying the drops for varying increments, laying on my side between 15-60 min and by Tues night my hearing was drastically improved. Now it's Wed and I'm approaching 100% recovery in my left ear. I didn't have a wax epiphany, giant chunks didn't fall out of my ear, it took several applications and the wax slowly worked it's way out. So, the take away is the drops are effective but be patient, it might take repeated doses before they work depending on your specific condition. If you have a serious blockage, this will not help. At all. It will loosen up the wax and soften it, but can make it worse if you have a lot more buildup than you think you do. I used it. Got some clumps, but it softened the remaining wax which covered my ear drum entirely. So yea it does its job to soften the wax. But if you have too much wax, it will make it worse. I went from hearing a bit to hearing nothing from the wax. Guess I’ll get my ears professionally flushed out tomorrow.

I was hoping for a miracle. It just stuffed my ear up. I ordered something else, and it made it worse, so I went with tried and true. I don't know why I didn't just start with that. Wasted money! The peroxide did the trick. Perhaps this product is helpful in the sense that it gets everything together, and the peroxide pushed it all out. If I use again, it'll be accompanied with the peroxide 3%

Perfect remedy!

After i jammed some ear plugs into my ear i pushed my ear wax so deep i couldn't hear for a few days. I filled my ear canal with this product laid on my side for 20 mins. Flushed my ear with a tri-stream syringe multiple times with warm water sitting up straight on my toilet and my wax that was jammed up finally came out. Its slightly uncomfortable but so worth it.
