Complete Buttermilk Pancake and Waffle Mix, 32 oz

I tried this pancake and waffle mix for a weekend breakfast, and overall it turned out really good. The batter mixed easily without lumps, and both the pancakes and waffles came out light and fluffy. I liked that it saved time while still tasting close to homemade. The waffles had a nice crisp edge, which my family enjoyed. However, the flavor on its own was a little plain, so I added vanilla and cinnamon for extra taste. I also found the instructions slightly confusing for waffle preparation. Still, it’s a convenient mix that delivers great texture and makes breakfast much easier on busy mornings.

How is this pancake mix so good!! It cooks pretty quickly. And only needs water as it says! I got two boxes and I’m already wanting to get more. I have been having it everyday for breakfast since! I get a good amount and for that price it is definitely a steal.

Easy to make with name brand quality.

The mix was good. I usually would by the other type they make, but decided to try the buttermilk, and I liked them. I didn't notice a huge difference in flavor or consistency or fluffiness from these compared to the other type, however. There was some difference in their fluffiness while cooking, however. The batter can be used to make funnel cake, or drop donuts with minor tweaks to the recipe, too, which makes them a versatile choice.

About 6 cups per box, thats 3 meals for 2 people of 8-3 inch pancakes per person if thats all you ate. Great tasting, filling. Better then cereal. Just add water makes these super easy to make. Makes camping breakfast easy too.
