DELFINA 15 Inch Double Handle Cheese Knife with Blade Protector, Stomatal Blade with 5" Plastic Comfortable Handles, Cheese Knife for Cheese,Cakes,Vegetables,Butter,Soaps

I love this blade. I use it to cut brownies and other desserts. I have been using it for over a year now and it reduced my cutting time by more than half.

This makes cutting large baked goods straight a breeze!

Value for money: Needed a long knife for cutting sheet cookie and candy bars uniformly. It's sharp, made well enough and a little longer than most knives of this type. Works perfectly for what I needed

Need muscle to push it through cheese but worked.

Great love it

I absolutely love this knife!! I use it to cut any type of bars that I bake. Clean and even lines.

Purchase this to cut a 13 x 9 sheet of homemade fudge works great. Makes cutting and processing up for packaging so much easier.

Good purchase.
