I subscribed to receive these vitamins every month for myself and my daughters, and we have been very happy with them. They taste great, and I love that they are not overly chewy or sticky. Since I started taking them, I’ve noticed an improvement in my hair and I feel hewlthier overall. I appreciate that they are vegetarian, as it was surprisingly difficult to find vegetarian gummy vitamins that taste this good. The only downside is that they are a bit pricey, but for the quality and convenience, I feel they are worth it.

I am so happy I bought these. I love them. They are so good tasting and they’re soft little chewy Gummies, and it makes it real easy taking those vitamins when you chew those little Gummies so I would definitely say by this they’re very good.

These vitamins taste great and are mostly good for you as a daily user. The downside I don't like is how each gummy has sugar. That alone can be very bad if one is diabetic. I would not suggest keeping these gummies out in the heat. I have noticed that these vitamins will melt together in one large glob if not properly stored. If somebody has a hard time due to dental problems, the gummies can be very helpful. Overall, I recommend these vitamins to anyone ages 12+ years of age/
