Louvers are loose fitting
Perfect fit into my 2010 C300, but louvers and adjustment tab are a bit are a bit loose when adjusting. Worked good enough though.

Broke in a week
It broke within a week and it's not a complete vent replacement. It's attaches to the front of the vent so it's just the face of the vent. I attached my phone holder (also purchased on Amazon) and it snapped completely off to where I couldn't put it back together. Also just a good warning.. My original vent faceplate completely was dry rotted and broken so the second I tried to remove it to add the new plate it broke into a million pieces so it was very hard removing the vent the plate actually connects to. Once u connect it, it's a perfect fit. How long the new one they sent me will last... Who knows? But it's the only one available on Amazon so I kept the replacement. Wish it had a warranty cause I don't think it'll last past it's return by date(just my opinion) but for the price I guess I can't complain
