This is listed as breakaway but I don't see how that is possible? This is false advertising if it is not and needs removed.

It is not breakaway. Furthermore, and the seller continues to harass me with offers to pay me $50 to remove my 1 star factual review. (and furthermore, I see the Seller has now changed their name a few times, but the harassment letter I get is exactly the same.) The packaging says "Breakaway" but the collars are NOT breakaway.
