Hi, would this be a good fluid for a 2001 Mercedes E320? It has a 722.6 transmission. Thank you!

Fuchs 4134, Shell 134, and Mobil 134 are approved by MB for the 722.6 five speed and the 722.9 seven speed trannies. The first two ATFs are sold on Amazon. I can't find anything that clearly, specifically states that this Mobil 1 is the same as Mobil 134. The Benzworld forum has a lot of useful info re trannies (the kind that shift, not the kind that wears dresses.)

Will this work in a 1990 land rover Defender 200tdi with an automatic zf transmission?

The only listing that I can find for a 1990 Land Rover is for a Range Rover. This calls for Dexron ATF. The Mobil 1 ATF Mercon works with cars that require Dexron or Mercon ATF.

Can i use this on my mercedes-benz ml500 2002

This product is for use in GM cars produced before 2005 and also many Ford and Chrysler vehicles. It is not recommended for your Mercedes.
