I bought this ice pack about four years ago and it is still in great condition. I tend to hold a lot of tension in my shoulders and neck which often leads to horrible headaches. This ice pack has helped me with that. What I like most is how it molds perfectly to my neck and base of my skull. It releases the tension built up there. It stays cold for at least 30 minutes, which is plenty of time to get relief. I also like the convenience of the hand strap and the soft fabric cover keeps my hand from freezing while I'm holding it in place. After four years of regular use, it hasn't leaked or worn down at all. Highly recommend if you suffer from tension headaches.

The elastic strap is a nice touch, but I do wish there was a way to secure it more firmly, especially when you’re trying to keep it in place on a larger area. Even just a slot to add your own strap would make a big difference. Overall, it’s well-made, versatile, and affordable.
