The Best There Is
This is the highest quality faucet I've ever used in over 5 decades of kitchen faucet use. It is solidly made, beautifully finished, and functions perfectly. It swivels effortlessly to serve either side of my divided sink. The plumber who installed it was, and I'm not kidding, "deeply appreciative" to have the opportunity to handle a part like this. I can't recommend it more highly.Also, the cost for this faucet with state sales tax at a retail store was $980, so this is a great deal!

Box seal broken, missing part
This $742 faucet from KWC arrived with the manufacturers seal on the box broken and the nut which holds the faucet to the sink missing. It appears this product was canibalized for the part and then shipped anyway. Probably to provide the part to someone else who received one of their faucets without the nut. This is unacceptable service particularly for an expensive product.

Dissatisfied with quality / Faucet fell apart / Customer service
I replaced my broken 1000$ KWC swissmade faucet after only a few years of use with a well designed and by factor 12 more affordable product by WEWE. That new 70$ faucet offers a better functionality (start-stop-button) and a MUCH easier installation than the KWC faucet that I had to replace.Appearance is nice. My 1000$-KWC faucet did not do long. Spout fell off and revealed cheap plastic inside the steel look.When the spout started to wiggle I contacted the Franke / KWC customer service and was not successful as I could not find my original sales receipt from a respected local dealer, who on top was not able to give me a proof of purchase (because no computerized sales system in place). After the spout fell off I decided not to ask for a replacement part, which would be the same poor quality. The faucet is held together by a mere plastic piece inside. Stainless steel only outside. A big disappointment at a price tag 12 times of functionally similar products.This was a big blow to my 'i can't afford cheap'-attitude. The inferiority of this product was striking to me.

Lasted 4 years before spring a bad leak from the pull out spray handle at the button to switch to spray. It only leaks in spray mode but for $1000 you'd expect this thing to last. Waiting to hear back regarding service/repair/parts from KWC.

Not a well made faucet
We’ve had 5 of these faucets across three different homes. 3 of the 5 have had major problems within the first 10 years of use. This is the best looking faucet of its type, and hence we kept going back. Our current one is 7 years old and the swivel stopped working at 5 years and now we need to replace. I won’t buy another

Defective
Piece of trash. Head is defective and drips on the side like a leak while the water is running. Replaced the head, after 6 mos, same problem. DO NOT BUY.
