I didn’t expect it to taste like strawberry ice cream, but it does deliver the amount of ALA that is hard to get in easy to take one. This product does it for sure

I use R-ALA to treat nerve pain in my feet. I tried the tablet version but I experienced stomach issues. But I found this liquid version and it absorbs more easily than tablet. The only downside is that it is a bit pricy.

I need liquid forms of supplements for them to be absorbed, and have tried every form of R-Alpha L I could find. This is the best tasting and good dose product I've found. Love this product.

It's very hard to find a liquid, then liposomal, our - ala. I'm thankful they went down $10 or I wasn't going to buy it again. The flavor is very strong and sweet which makes it hard to swallow, but I just chug it with water. We couldn't get the lid open so had to crack the container and spill some of the contents to get it out
