This is my second order because I just had to install the 2nd one due to dropping my phone - screen down. This protector did its job like a champ! The screen protector, which was shattered, popped off and there was NO damage to my screen. I put my 2nd one on and ordered this backup. HIGHLY recommend this product!

This product is crap, straight out of the box. I opened it nice and carefully, and the 1st screen protector just cracked all over in my hand IMMEDIATELY before it even came out of the slip. The second one, I managed to get on my phone, however the fingertip sensor wasn't working. I followed the instructions on "increased sensitivity" etc. but it STILL did not work. The phone did not even allow me to create a NEW fingerprint. I tried to peel it off so that i can start over. It peeled off VERY easily (bad), and the screen protectors fingerprint sensor area was ALL STICKY and ruined. Then, suddenly, it cracked ALSO! Crap quality, don't buy.

Cracked and fell off in less than 6 months. Also, it was a pain getting the finger print reader to work once this was installed. I'd think a better design would be to leave it open. Not recommended.

The screen protector cracked within a day and the camera protector broke within 2 weeks. It is not as strong as the seller described. I barely dropped my phone and the screen cracked. And I have no idea how the camera protector cracked but the glass is literally falling off in pieces. It also smudges really easy and is hard to clean so there is always a film over my phone making it hard to see at times. I also have to clean the camera every time I take pictures using the front or back camera. Using the fingerprint is better than other brands I have used but it did make it a bit harder to use than without a screen protector (however, I am willing to deal with that than not have any protection at all). My main concern is how easily both the front screen protector and the cameral protector broke. Makes me wonder how efficient it is at protecting my phone if I were to drop it hard.

I don't understand why theres an adhesive circle in the middle of the screen for the fingerprint reader. The adhesive doesn't set clear so your fingerprint can't be read anymore. I have to look for another screen protector. This will work for now.Edit: Turn up the Touch sensitivity setting seems to have made the fingerprint sensor work better. I had to go to another product page to discover the setting issue.

I had it on my phone for a day and it had already cracked twice. The fingerprint reader doesn't work at all! It's the worst protector I've ever had! The only positive is that it was easy to install

I put this screen protector on yesterday. My phone fell from a low shelf today. I thought great it's probably broken. Picked it up and was relieved that it was not. However, the screen protector had fallen off completely onto the dirty shop floor upon closer inspection and there is dirt and dust stuck to the entire edge and finger print sensor adhesive therefore making it impossible to reapply. It isn't broken at all though. I did use the included pre-installation cleaning supplies but apparently just not very strong adhesive??

Installation was easy and successful. No bubbles or lifting occured. But the fingerprint reader was defective, even after turning up sensitivity on phone. A permanent circle was on the protector at fingerprint reader location. The mark was very distracting and useless since the phone tells you where to place your fingerprint. Protector showed all fingerprint marks on it and it was extremely difficult to keep the screen clean from marks. I will be returning it and do not recommend it. However, the back lens protector installed nicely and is effective so far. I like that it is clear and not outlined with black like most of the lens protectors.
