PlayStation Eye Camera Adjustable Mounting Clip

OK, I bought this PS Eye mounting clip because I was tired of always having to adjust the position of the camera. If I had the camera at the bottom of the TV, it would be in the way of the emitter that syncs the TV and the 3D glasses. If it was balanced on top of the TV, it was in a place where it could easily fall.So I picked this up for a few bucks. I totally think it was worth the money. The clip is adjustable for height and depth, so you should be able to mount it to just about any flat screen TV. I myself have a  Panasonic VIERA TC-P50VT25 50-inch 1080p 3D Plasma HDTV, Black  and it fits just fine. I have read reviews for a very similar product where some people said it wouldn't fit on a Panasonic TV. Not so.The clip also includes foam friction padding on all surfaces that touch your TV. This gives the clip some traction to keep it from slipping around and also keeps it from scratching your television.Lastly, the packaging for the mounting clip was easy to open. It came in a simple cardboard box with a plastic tray for support. Easy as pie.So, if you're looking for a quick, easy solution for your Playstation Eye, I highly recommend this product.

Since the whole purpose of this device is to mount the PS3 Eye on an otherwise hard-to-fit flat screen TV, it was particularly disappointing to discover that it will not in any way mount to my Samsung 32" LED at top center. I ended up using a high-performance 3M velcro-like setup instead ( 3M Scotch RF9730 Reclosable Fasteners 1 x 3-Inch Clear, 6-Pack ).Yes, I had to basically glue the camera to the top of a new TV.If the "best" adjustable camera for the PS3 Eye won't work, I don't have much confidence in the other clips that are out there. Just be aware that just because it's adjustable doesn't mean it will actually work with your TV.

Not really a whole lot to say about this product. It does exactly what it says it does and it does it well. I will say that I have this on a 2011 model Samsung led tv and the clip barely gets a tight enough fit to sit comfortably on it. Also, if I had the top end model with the super thin bezel then this would definitely be covering some small amount of screen space so you might have to take that into consideration. It's easy to set up and it does a good job of allowing you to move the cord for the PS Eye pretty easily as we all know that cord is very problematic when it comes to keeping the PS Eye where you want it. I definitely recommend this product for anyone needing a camera mount for their PS Eye.

One thing I did not like was having my PS3 eye just sitting on the table in front of the TV. Now thanks to this cheap and great device I am able to put it on top of the TV which is great for its actual uses/purpose. Seems to have settings to adjust it to make the back clip longer/move out more depending on what type of TV you have. For my Vizio Smart TV LED/LCD model, I did not need to extend the clip or move it further out (it can do both to accommodate various sizes).Recommended if you want your PS3 Eye to have a good, out of the way angle.

I have seen tons of these Playstation Eye mounting clips and each one is made differently. I can't say that I have tested all of them, but this one looked like it was substantial and sturdy that some. My biggest concern was whether it would fit firmly on my LED TV. Many models don't seem to be very adjustable and I noticed that this unit was more adjustable that the rest. I am happy to say that it fits firmly onto a thin LED TV. This model fits well and I am very pleased with my purchase.

The design is very good, the implementation has flaws. Not tightly grabbing the TV, and the stiff cable of the Eye Camera kept pulling the camera out of place. I modified the thing by adding some padding (to raise the bracket a little because my TV has very thin frame) and elastic rubber bands. I still give it a 5 star because it is holding the camera in place since the mod.

I thought that it would be a good idea to get a mounting clip for my Playstation Eye to keep it upright & even. If you buy this be sure to make sure that the Playstation Eye is Securely mounted to your TV because the Eye is heavier than I thought is was & it tipped over a little bit, so be careful with that. It hasn't tipped or fallen over since though.

Yes it work for holding the camera but not perfect for a LED TV. The know for tightening the clip is very hard to reach if your TV is under 1". Need very small fingers. But it does hold the camera well. I would buy it again.

Webcam hold very nicely. Support could be a little better (maybe a shorter leg?), but would hold over my logitech central speaker (or a slime LCD).

Glad i purchased this one, it has the rubber pad and fits any flatscreen TV, Study durable and sleek. came on time and undamaged.

Bought this because it was annoying trying to set it up properly below my tv due to it's cord but with this it works fine, stays in place and even better it's less annoying trying to be in the perfect position for the camera.
