I have 90 in my area will I need a full bottle to make 93 or half with 18gallon tank?

one bottle treat will 18 gallons or if you want to be precise one ounce per gallon of unleaded fuel. I use this in my Shelby SC Cobra 427. If you are just trying to bump up the rating I would find 93 fuel as it can get expensive to use at each fill up. I run only 93 NON ethanol gas and use it at each tank refill but then my car is primarily a show car. Hope this helps.

Is there a mixing chart for this stuff? Does more product mean higher octane numbers?

I don't know of a mixing chart and the octane level would have to increase more product. If I were you I'd contact Royal Purple. I'm sure they could answer your questions.

Can I mix this with 93 octane pump gas?

My 92 Volvo requires 93 octane. I got water in high test so decided to use regular gas and add booster. Very happy with the result as plenty of power.
