FINALLY 1000 mg in a single dose!!
I always wondered why others have such small doses requiring a handful of capsules to get a meaningful, beneficial dose of DHA. Simple capsules, no fishy belch later, easy to swallow. I take 3 a day. I realize the benefits of DHA and absolutely abhor eating fish. This is a fraction of the price of fresh salmon and every day I get an amazing dose of DHA in easy to swallow capsules.
