I don’t have a TN, but I ordered this to keep books open that I’m quoting from on my desk (one particular book I receive monthly is the liturgy of the hours and it doesn’t stay open); but I also found another use for it: to keep my page in my hobonichi cousin! I have a moterm leather case that has 2 string markers for the month and the week view, but it doesn’t have one for the daily page, so I have been using this. It looks great especially with my kaweco brass sport fountain pen! I’m sure in time it will get that weathered look.

Very high copper content and fast patina! Only had for a month! Love this clip so much and how it changes color! Also like how the springs feel very durable and smooth.

Absolutely love this Travelers Company clip! Very sturdy and and high quality materials! I also love the "Have a Nice Trip with airplane logo." I use it with my notebook/journal and it keeps the pages flat while writing and I can also use it as a kind of bookmark. The clip will also age with a patina finish and I like that aspect of this ciip.

Picked this up after grabbing my Traveler's Notebook and looking up what would enhance my TN experience. I thought it was going to be a really expensive piece of brass, but it actually ends up being really useful. See, the Traveler's Notebook has a problem with not staying open while writing. This brass clip actually was designed to weigh down the pages so that you can write without it closing on you. This is also useful if you are doing a collage, journaling, or pasting anything to the page. The clip stays on without damaging the leather cover. Mine is also beginning to patina very beautifully, which also matches the aesthetic of the TN's leather cover showing some wear and tear as it ages. A must-have accessory.
