doTERRA Cedarwood Essential Oil -15 mL Relaxation and, Healthy Looking Skin

Smells just like you are smelling the tree or opening a Cedarwood jewelry box. I love this one! I diffuse it every night with lavender and it knocks me out and keeps me out! I also found a secret use for this oil which is crazy! I add a couple drops to my dogs bath and the fleas jump right off into the water. After I wash her and dry her I then put a couple drops in my hand with some coconut oil and rub her coat all over and then put a couple drops on her collar and no fleas! I have stopped needing to use flea drops! It wears off about once a week so you can either bathe them and do this once a week OR rub your dog down once a week with fresh oil. It is crazy how well it works!!! Please please please be sure to select the "available from other sellers" option when purchasing ANY DoTERRA product though and choose to purchase from a seller who clearly posts their Wellness Advocate ID number. This will help to ensure that you are not getting a product that has been adulterated or tampered with. This is a common issue with buying name brand essential oils on Amazon. The caps are easy to rig to appear unopened and dishonest people will dilute the expensive oil or replace it with synthetic fragrance to make a buck unfortunately. I understand why people want to get their DoTERRA on here as opposed to from the website because you want to get wholesale prices without the hassle of becoming a member. I do it! However, if you want to get it on Amazon be smart and cautious about it and please just always get it from a Wellness Advocate who lists their ID number. It will be clearly posted next to their name in the column that usually has a description such as "New" or "Unopened". Add it to your cart from the seller who lists their ID. Also, watch out for sellers whose price is LESS than the wholesale cost on the DoTERRA website because that would just make no sense. Why would someone sell something for less than they paid for it if it were brand new? Know exactly what you are putting into your body or into the air that your family breathes.

I'm really new to the essential oil and diffusing scene but after doing research, I learned the Cedarwood is useful for a LOT of things so I decided to order it. Not to mention that doTERRA is an amazing brand with a great reputation, also the price was great as well. Cedarwood is not the best smelling oil but it mixes well. I put this in my diffuser along with lavender when I'm going to bed and you can also massage some onto your forehead as well to help with sleep. I told one of my friends who is a doTERRA Wellness Advocate that I ordered a doTERRA product from Amazon and she was concerned that it may not be authentic but as soon as this oil came in I brought it her and she was happy to say that it was authentic (for those of you who may be skeptical). The seller is amazing and the oil came in quickly, I will be ordering more doTERRA in the future.

really never disappointed in any doTERRA oils. they're a bit costly but worth it i believe. i've read other reviews specifically on the cedarwood saying it smells like wet leaves and bad forest smells :) but it's cedarwood! it has a woodsy natural fragrance and i think along with lavender offers relaxation and sleep. i use 2 drops cedarwood to 18 lavender in my diffuser next to my bed and whether it's my imagination or not, i do sleep better.

This oil was sealed and pure. A mixture of this, three other essential oils, and a jojoba base is what I've used on my son's alopecia nightly with good results. I've been using the mixture for over 4 months now and he has grown some hair back in all the areas he had lost hair. To be fair, I'm using a prescription topical too and will start titrating off in the next couple of weeks (med will decrease first). Regardless if it helps my kiddo keep his hair or not, the scent is great and the hydration after the harsh meds has been great.

I like the super woody smell of the cedarwood and use it in my diffuser. The price is not as crazy as some other scents, yet. In a diffuser the smell is not as prominent as other scents which is a bit disappointing. Lasts a while because you just need a few drops.

It works the way I wanted it to. I put this on my feet at night, and it helps my sleep more soundly. I was surprised at how strong it was. The smell reminded me of dead cedar lying in the forest, not the smell of cedar wood like I was expecting. I found out that it's actually just because of how potent it is. If you led it diffuse a little, it actually starts to smell like cedar wood. So, five stars because I wanted it to help me relax and sleep, and it does just that.

Excels hair growth. ..I wanted to grow out my eyebrows to make them thicker and oh boy does it make your hair grow fast within a month (and I've got thin hair and dont require much plucking of eyebrows) my eyebrows where grown back in...I did have some bald spots whice rosemary will regrow hair...cedarwood just excels hair growth. ..also I put a few drops in my mascara and I noticed after using it that my eyelashes are longer even when I'm not wearing the mascara and when I do use mascara wow they're much much longer...and I love using this on my son on the base of his neck and behind ears because its extremely calming...he's autistic....this is a oil I recommend

True to scent, great quality, and it arrived on time!

I was expecting a more woodsy scent but it wasn’t bad. It did smell like wet dust or just after a rain. But not unpleasant.

i used it in my son's homemade deodorant. Not a strong odour but pleasant.
