Great to add to this class

Daily we practice math at home. We love this book. It has lot of questions to practice and they have answers at the back too. I like the pattern of this book.

It's a good book but too elementary. It covers negative number, fractions, order of operation, exponents, and plugging in X when X is known.Furthermore, the problems are not well written so it bogs down the student with huge fractions so that instead of focusing on the topic at hand (ie subtracting negative numbers), the student wastes a lot of time wrestling with denominators, etc.The book is very repetitious and fails to cover different aspects of the topic. In other words, I wouldn't recommend this as a summer prep because it's not comprehensive.

Good practice book.

I can’t rave enough about this book! The repetition, quality of problems, and progression of concepts are perfect. I’ve worked with our second grader through this book, and he has completely mastered the concepts. I think it’s important to note that you may have to work with them at first to teach the material, because there is not a lot of explanation. I have purchased a ton of workbooks, and this has been by far my favorite.

It’s great lessons and gradual plans which build on the next step and with the previous steps. I enjoyed this book and its process.

Before I bought Kumon Algebra & Geometry series, I bought a dozen available other Algebra Geometry workbook for my 11 year-old son. That was total waste of money. My son finished Kumon Pre-Algebra and Algebra 190 page two workbooks this summer vacation within 1 month, and suddenly became a Math Genius, since he is only 11 year-old and 5th Grade. And now he found the Kumon Geometry 2 workbooks are exactly the same style, super clear, super easy to follow, and the middle school math suddenly became a piece of cake!!!Actually, I bought all available Kumon workbooks for my son since 2 years ago. He loves it! Math life became so wonderfully simple, and we are very grateful to Kumon Genius Math series...

Lots of wrong answers and not good to pass a NC test, missing too much.
