There is a strap. Wouldn’t call it a handle though.

Q: does the pocket fit iPhone 13 max pro?

I purchased the smaller size (40oz) and it does not fit my iPhone 13 pro max completely. You can put your phone inside the pocket, but as someone else mentioned… it is not deep enough and you cannot zip up the pocket completely while the phone is inside. I am returning this because of the small pocket leaving my phone unsecured when inserted.

A little larger the credit cards or license and will 3 or 4 cards and or identifacation
