A must have with my morning calcium
I was taking plain D3 and my levels were still low in bloodwork. My Dr told me I should never take D3 without taking K2 with it (apparently it helps metabolize/absorb.) This is the perfect combo. I take it every morning, and now my D3 levels are perfect.
