This is terrific and I consider it a real value for the money. The price is good, there is no installing and it is totally reliable. It gives me a sense of peace knowing when I go to bed that if some brave but oh so stupid criminal breaks into my house, he will be met with the sound from Hell. It is loud and it makes you heart flip. I know. I forgot to turn it off two times and it scared me half to death. I was sure the neighbors heard it and if per chance a mouse was in the house, it likely dropped dead of fright. So far the battery life is good. I only turn it on at night. I can't speak to the range because I have it at a fairly close range. I like the remote. Still not exactly sure how it works but I can arm it and disarm it and adjust the volume. I guess you don't need to know much more than that. But the written instructions are not great. I plan to get another one in the near future. I highly recommend the CPVAN 125dB alarm. It adds to your safety and gives you peace of mind.

Very well made and packaged. Comes with batteries but can also be powered by a USB type C connector (not included). Sensitive IR detector. Includes a small remote. One button arms it, one disarms it, one switches between chime and alarm. The unit itself has three buttons--volume (loud/soft), on/off, and chime/siren. The siren in loud is very, very loud. Car alarm loud. The problem is that the sirent does not reset after a decent interval. Once the alarm is triggered you have to turn it off manually. That could be a problem with neighbors when you are gone. I'm using it to try and keep raccoons out of the tack room. I think the loud chime (which is once per event) will be enough to do that. Again, well made, sensitive, loud. I plan to buy a few more. Would be a cheap way to put a very effective alarm in a house.

Currently using this as a DIY alarm system for my work truck. Works perfect. Just loud enough to deter potential robberies and it doesn't work through the windshield glass which is great for my use. Was concerned it would go off just from people walking by but it does not. Only when you open a door or reach in the car. Great product

This is thing is awesome! Does what it’s supposed to do. I bought it to put next to my new system and it gets the job done. Good volume.

Although the alarm is loud and the motion sensor works well I have an issue where the alarm will go off for no reason a few minutes after arming. There is only a wall in the motion range since I have it in a hallway. I've contacted the seller but no reply has been given. Just trying to find out why the alarm is randomly activating. Also, the batteries provided with the alarm drained in about 5 alarm soundings. Be sure to replace these immediately.

Very easy to put together and sync to the remote control. The alarm is very loud, the video I posted does not do it justice. There are different volume settings you can set it on, but the highest volume is loud and will definitely scare off intruders or wake you up at night if someone enters your house and sets off the alarm. But if you don’t want it so loud there is a setting where you can turn it down a bit. You can also change the sounds of the alarm so you have choices on what you want the alarm sound to be. I like that you can place it basically anywhere you want, it’s very versatile. I also own the cpvan door window sensors which are great, but this motion alarm is my favorite one so far due to how easy it is to use and I like that you can place it anywhere you want. Also, they include the batteries and a screw driver which is a plus, everything you need to put it together, very easy!

Worked great for only a short time, but once battery ran dead after initial charging, it never worked again, which conveniently you will not discover until the 30 day return window has passed. Left it charging all night & it will not charge/keep a charge.

So I have a speical needs son and he likes to wake up at 4am every morning no matter what time he goes to be before this I've locked down windows with screws and doors with angle lock and pretty much baby proof the crap out of my house to try and protect him and my stuff he still managed to destroy more then half my house with this he can only go to bathroom without setting it off after first few days he doesn't set it off or even try and I have peice of mind knowing he isn't playing with stuff that could be dangerous to him really recommended if you have a little escape artist n don't have perfect doors not like doors every really hold our little sneeks lol 😀 😉 he still wakes me up when playing so not like I'm getting extra sleep but at least it's loud enough that I know I won't sleep threw his destruction and can even turn it on when I'm cooking and he's playing upstairs to make sure he doesn't destroy my stuff lol one thing I'd like to say to the creators can you make the base stronger were it Attaches to the wall aka thicker plastic I see one teddy hitting this and it made useless I have it up very high but again it seams like it will break from a teddy

When I bought the first one to stick in my truck, there was only white available. I decided to get a second one about a year later as they now offer it in black and with a nicer looking remote. Very effective, and very loud. Can pair multiple alarms to a single remote, or multiple alarms to eachother. The combination possibilities are endless for setting up a cheap but effective alarm deterrent in a vehicle, or a building. Probably will buy more in the future for my property as well!

I have to say I was impressed for the price. I use this as a simple alarm on my boat and it works perfectly. The siren is surprisingly loud for such a small device, the motion sensor works very well and I haven't had any trouble with false alarms. The plastic and remote look a bit cheap which is understandable at this price, but the important thing is it works. I've had it for several months now with no issues.

The batteries have to replaced every 3 months. As well, the buttons can be pushed easily by accident and the instructions to use it are not clear.
