Is it possible to sim the lights using this?

It is possible to dim with these but you need a retractive switch to do so. Ive even installed a retractive up and down switch for more functionality through the app. Electrician reviewer :D

Does this turn your dumb light bulbs to smart?

No. This leaves your lights on 24/7 so dumb bulbs would always be on. Look at something like the Sonoff ZB mini L2 to do that

I have a 4 gang switch. Can this be used to control the power to all 4 switches? Ar would I need several of these?

This switch module can control two rockers so two light switches - two of them could control four however the wiring of the switches can make it more complicated
