PTFE powder is the generic term for Teflon powder. I purchased this Teflon powder to start mixing up my own batches of bicycle chain lubricant after discovering Runaway Bike HOT TUB Chain Lubricant. Please see my review of the Hot Tub. You'll have to click to the second page of reviews, as my review has been demoted to the end of the reviews despite being the second highest rated review.I liked the Runaway Bike product but realized that I could mix up my own for far less cost. I discuss this extensively in my review of the Hot Tub product.
