Q: My front cover cracked. Can I get another?

I’m not happy with my case. It muffles my microphone. People are always complaining they can’t understand me or they can’t hear me.

Q: It says the case is wireless charging…….uh, not working for me? Doesn’t charge when I set it on the wireless charger. Why not?

Q: Where can I find a belt clip that fits this case?

Not sure if there is one. I couldn’t find one when I bought mine. I ended up getting my husband a different diverbox Case that came with a belt clip but it’s not waterproof.

Q: How can I see the display during calls? When I try to look at the display it stay black.
