I bought this because I make my own mayonnaise and I wanted a mini food processor with a feeder top. The small holes in the top make adding the oil very easy, and the mayonnaise comes out perfect every time. It would be better if there were an "ON" button. The machine works beautifully but you have to hold down the button to keep it going, so making mayonnaise is still a chore. On the plus size, everything else I do with it just takes moments. I mainly use it to chop garlic and herbs, but the other morning, my coffee grinder was clogged and I used the mini processor to grind the beans!
