If it is spider cracking then yes this will restore the cover part only! It does however require the whole unit to be removed for replacement the screws to mount this screen are installed from the rear of the head unit. You can look the removal/replacement up on YouTube.

I put in, " cadillac ats 2014", and it says it does not fit? will this fit my car?

I don't know if this Screen Touch CUE Touch Display fits Cadillac ATS 2014, but it fits my Cadillac SRX 2014.

After i replaced the screen it fixed the cracks but now it’s not responsive at all, i tried restarted the system and everything. any help on why?

There are 2 different screens. I had to call the vendor directly. They said it had something to do with the ribbon and if it had been changed before. I Had the exact same problem.
