The tool for removing the pins to shorten the band doesn't help. The pins are tightly placed and you can't just pull them out. So you end up with pins a quarter of the way out that you can neither push back in or pull out. Complete design failure.

I get complaints on it regularly as it is an eye catcher. It has a nice solid weight and seems to keep time well. My only frustration is the links were stubborn to remove and I broke the tool so I had to have a jeweler demove the links for me.

The media could not be loaded. Beautiful watch, and my watch has kept time to the minute after days of use.. The tool to remove links works well enough, I sized it on day one by removing one link, and I've been wearing it most of the day.. I only wound the watch about 15 times when I first opened the package, and never again.. It's lasted throughout the night, and kept time!

The quality and looks is ok, but it constantly drops time. I have had automatic watches that I do not have to be setting the time every hour or so.
